Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

• Spam — unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging
• DDoS attacks — sending or amplifying distributed denial-of-service traffic
• Phishing — fake login pages, credential harvesting, impersonation
• Malware — hosting, distributing, or controlling malware, botnets, or ransomware
• Abuse of upstream networks — attacks targeting other hosts, networks, or services
• Running a Tor exit node (as an exit — non-exit relays are permitted)
• Open proxies or open relays
• Child sexual abuse material or any illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared or promotional instances
• Circumventing resource limits or attempting unauthorized access to other systems

Enforcement

Reports are processed automatically where possible. Violations result in immediate suspension. The Customer may appeal by emailing [email protected]. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination without refund.

Resource usage

Buran VPS plans are for general-purpose computing. Persistent high CPU usage (sustained >90% for more than 24 hours on NAT plans), excessive I/O that degrades neighbor performance, or running services that consume disproportionate bandwidth may trigger a review. This does not apply to production (dedicated) plans unless abuse is detected.

Reporting

To report abuse originating from a Buran VPS, email [email protected] with relevant logs and timestamps. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
