Question 1

How fast does my server launch?

Accepted Answer

Usually about 5 minutes after your payment is confirmed. For crypto payments the clock starts once the network confirms the transfer.

Question 2

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa and Mastercard cards plus crypto: USDT (TRC-20), BTC and TON. Mir cards are coming soon. PayPal is not supported.

Question 3

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The plan price is the final price: it includes KVM, unmetered traffic and a dedicated IPv4. We charge no payment fee — you see the total before you pay.

Question 4

Can I pay for several months at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can pay for 1 or 12 months. A year comes with a discount shown in your order before payment. Need 3 or 6 months? Just renew your server month by month.

Question 5

My payment failed. What now?

Accepted Answer

Check the card number, expiry and limits, and confirm the payment with 3-D Secure. A declined payment is not charged. You can try another card or pay with crypto.

Question 6

How do I pay with crypto?

Accepted Answer

Pick a coin and network, then send the exact amount to the address shown. The rate is locked for 15 minutes. Transfers on the wrong network cannot be recovered — double-check the network before sending.

Question 7

What virtualization and storage do you use?

Accepted Answer

Every server plan uses KVM — full virtualization with the guest's own kernel, not a container sharing the host. Storage is SSD and NVMe Gen4 in RAID.

Question 8

Is traffic limited?

Accepted Answer

No, traffic is unmetered on a port up to 1 Gbps. Storage and other resources remain limited by the selected plan.

Question 9

Can I take snapshots?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A snapshot saves your server state so you can roll back in one click. Retained for up to 30 days on Core, Performance and VDS lines.

Question 10

Do I get a dedicated IPv4 address?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every server comes with its own dedicated IPv4. Object Storage works over the S3 API and does not need an IPv4.

Question 11

Where are your servers located?

Accepted Answer

In one place: the Lauterbourg datacenter in France, on the French-German border — the EU hub about 100 km from Frankfurt. Under 20 ms to Germany and France, under 30 ms to the UK. Check your own ping on /tools.

Question 12

Where can I check if everything is up?

Accepted Answer

On the status page (/status): uptime for each service, latency by location and incident history.

Question 13

How do I keep my account secure?

Accepted Answer

Use a unique password and never share it. Two-factor authentication will appear in your profile — turn it on when available.

Question 14

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Write to us on Telegram or email. Describe the issue and include your order number so we can reply faster.

Question 15

How do I pay for a VPS with crypto from an exchange?

Accepted Answer

Pick a cryptocurrency on the payment page to get an invoice with an address and exact amount. Then withdraw USDT (TRC-20), BTC or TON from your exchange to that address. The payment is matched to your order automatically.

Question 16

Can I run an AI model or LLM on a VPS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ollama, llama.cpp and vLLM run fine on a VPS: quantized models up to 8B on 8 GB of RAM (Core VPS 4, €12), up to 14B on 16 GB. Your own LLM endpoint with an open API and no per-token bills. Setup walkthrough: /use-cases/ai-servers. There are no GPU accelerators here — this is CPU inference.

Question 17

Do I need to verify my identity?

Accepted Answer

For crypto payments there is no document check at checkout: register with an email address, pay the invoice and get your server. Card payments go through a payment processor, which may run its own standard checks.

Question 18

Do I get full root access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every server is a KVM virtual machine with its own kernel and full root access over SSH. You choose Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux when you order.

Question 19

How do I connect once the server is ready?

Accepted Answer

When activation finishes you receive the IP address and root login, and the server appears in your control panel. Connect with ssh root@your-IP, then change the password and set up SSH keys.

Question 20

What can I run on a Buran VPS?

Accepted Answer

Anything that runs on Linux: Docker containers, websites, Telegram and Discord bots, game servers, a password manager, monitoring or your own AI model. Our guides cover Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, Vaultwarden, Uptime Kuma and Gitea. Illegal use and abuse are not allowed — see the service terms.

Question 21

Which plan fits a Minecraft server?

Accepted Answer

Core VPS 4 (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, €12) handles roughly 10–20 players; Core VPS 6 (6 vCPU, 12 GB RAM, €16) suits 20 or more. Step by step: /guides/minecraft-server.

Question 22

What does the cheapest plan include?

Accepted Answer

Core VPS 4: 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD, a dedicated IPv4 and unmetered traffic on a port up to 1 Gbps — €12 per month. Next up: Core VPS 6 (6 vCPU, 12 GB, 200 GB, €16) and Core VPS 8 (8 vCPU, 24 GB, 300 GB, €30).

Question 23

Is a snapshot the same as a backup?

Accepted Answer

No. A snapshot rolls your server back in one click and is kept up to 30 days on Core, Performance and VDS lines, but it lives on the same infrastructure. For important data also keep a copy outside the server, for example an encrypted backup elsewhere.
