What if the invoice expires?

Create a new invoice — it takes seconds, and the rate is refreshed. Do not send funds to an expired invoice address; if you already did, contact support with the transaction hash.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Ordering does not go through a KYC wall: you create an account and pay. Your exchange or wallet provider may have its own verification rules — those are between you and them.
