n8n Hosting — Self-Hosted Automation VPS

Self-host n8n on your own VPS: no operation caps, no monthly platform fee, full control of your workflows. Docker-ready, dedicated IPv4, from €12/mo, pay with crypto.

Why self-host n8n

n8n is open-source workflow automation: connect APIs, databases, Telegram, Google Sheets and hundreds of services on a visual canvas. The cloud version charges per operation and stores your flows on someone else's computer. On a Buran VPS the program is the same — the difference is that the bill stays flat and the data stays yours.

What you get over the cloud

  • No per-operation billing — run a million executions and the invoice does not move.
  • Workflows are private — credentials, webhooks and logs live on your server, not on a vendor's.
  • Your domain and HTTPS — webhooks under your own hostname via nginx or Caddy, certificates automated.
  • Full root — queue mode, workers, Redis, Postgres: scale n8n the way the project documents describe.
  • Same activation flow as every Buran plan — minutes from invoice to `docker compose up`.

Which plan fits n8n

WorkloadPlanWhy
Personal automations, tens of flowsCore VPS 4 — €12/mo4 vCPU / 8 GB is plenty for the editor and queue workers
Team workflows, active webhooksCore VPS 6 NVMe — €13/moNVMe keeps Postgres snappy under frequent executions
Heavy AI nodes, big data transformsPerformance Plus 8 — €75/mo8 vCPU / 24 GB for parallel branches and local models

Live in three steps

  1. Pick a plan and pay Card or crypto — USDT, BTC, TON. The server activates automatically after confirmation.
  2. Install Docker One command — our install Docker guide walks through it, hardened SSH included.
  3. Compose up and put it behind HTTPS Start the n8n container, point your domain at the server, terminate TLS with nginx or Caddy — then import your first workflow.

Quick answers

Do I need a domain for n8n?

Not to start — the editor works over IP. For production webhooks you want a hostname and HTTPS; any registrar works, DNS points at your server's IP.

Are there limits on executions?

No — the limit is your hardware, and the invoice is fixed. That is the entire business model.

How do I back up workflows?

n8n exports flows as JSON; the database (Postgres recommended for teams) is dumped with pg_dump on a schedule — see the backups guide and restic for offsite copies.
