If you are not satisfied with your VPS, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase, provided the server has not been used. "Used" means any of the following: SSH login, OS reinstallation, API calls to the server, or running any service on the VPS.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your order ID. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or TON) to the same wallet address. Card payments are refunded to the original card.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most disputes within 24 hours.
