This Agreement is between Buran ("Provider", "we") and the individual or entity placing an order ("Customer", "you").
Provider supplies virtual private servers (VPS) via automated provisioning. The service is delivered entirely electronically — no physical goods are shipped.
Provisioning is fully automatic and typically completes within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. The Customer receives login credentials by email. No manual approval or identity verification is required for standard orders.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods include cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, TON) and Visa/Mastercard. Prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
If payment is not received within 3 calendar days of the due date, the VPS is suspended. Data is retained during suspension. If payment is not received within 14 calendar days, the VPS and all data are permanently deleted.
A full refund is issued within 24 hours of the initial purchase if the server has not been used (no SSH login, no OS reinstall, no API calls). See the Refund Policy for details.
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer during the billing period in which the claim arose. Provider is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions caused by upstream providers, or indirect damages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Armenia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
